At Hormesispaintball, we stand by the quality of our gear and offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made headwear and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship to Hormesis

  Send your package via a tracked shipping service to our returns department; please retain your tracking number until the refund is processed.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the gear for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
